FAQ's

Here are a few common questions & answers but please feel free to drop me a line if you need any further help.

Q) Are all of your leather bags 100% genuine leather?  A) Yes they are all 100% leather, mainly cow leather.  I do stock different types of leather such as calf (very soft & supple leather)  sheep (which is a much smoother leather)  as well as oil tanned (which is a lovely smooth finish that ages beautifully). The type of leather will be detailed in the description and if no details are given it will be 100% cow leather.

Q) I have received my bag but have changed my mind, can I swap my bag for a different one?  A) Yes you can but you need to pay for the return P&P, see the 'returns' page for more info.

Q) I like one of the styles, is it available in another colour?  A) It may be possible to get a different colour so drop me a note using the 'contact' page and I will do my best to source your desired colour.

Q) Do you offer discount on bulk/wholesale orders?  A) I can offer discount on large orders but it depends on how many bags you are looking to purchase, please drop me a note using the 'contact' page and I will discuss it with you.

Q) The bag I liked has now sold can I still get one?   A) It may be possible to get another so please drop me a note using the 'contact' page and describe the bag to me and I will try my best to source another for you.

Q) Are the sizes you quote accurate?  A) They are as accurate as I can be and the measurements are taken with tissue paper stuffing in the bag so you know how big they will be with contents in them.  If you need to discuss any sizes please contact me.

Q) How soon do you dispatch my bag?  A) As soon as payment has cleared I will dispatch your bag, most times this will be same day but please always allow a few days incase I am busy.  If you are in a hurry let me know and I will do what I can to rush it to you.

Q) How do I care for my leather bag?  A) Each bag will be shipped with a 'care instruction' card, please take time to read this as it will prolong the life of your bag. 

Q) Do you sell outside of the UK?  A) At the moment I only sell/ship in the UK but please drop me a line if you are outside the UK and I will try to quote you a shipping cost.

Q) Do I get a 'dust bag' to store my handbag in?  A) Yes all bags will be shipped in a 'dust bag' so you can store your bag when not in use.

Q) How often do you update your stock?  A) I add new handbags regularly, sometimes daily so keep checking back for new styles.

Q)  Can I be informed when certain colours/styles of bags are added?  A) Yes if you are only looking for a certain style or colour then let me know and I will Email you when I get that type in stock and you can see pictures before it goes on the website.
