Returns & exchanges
If on receipt of your new handbag you decide it is not to your liking you can exchange it. All I ask is that you notify me within 14 days of receipt of the bag and let me know which bag you would like in exchange so I can put it aside for you. To qualify for an exchange you must return the bag unused and in it's original dust bag along with any free gift you received. The bag must not be damaged or worn in any way and I ask that you package it securely as per on receipt so it is not damaged in transit. Any return postage & packaging cost will need to be paid for by yourself and unfortunately these cannot be refunded. If the replacement bag is of a higher value you will be required to pay the difference prior to the replacement bag being shipped to you. If the replacement bag is of a lower value I will refund the difference or offer a 'credit' note depending on the value. Basically, the quicker you notify me that you want to exchange your bag the quicker I can get your choice of replacement to you.
REFUNDS / CREDIT NOTES:
If you are not satisfied with your choice of bag but are unable to find another you like on the site then I can issue a 'credit note' for the original value. All I ask is that you notify me within 14 days of receipt of your bag and that the bag is returned unused and in it's original dust bag. The bag must not be damaged or worn and any free gift must also be returned at the same time. The return postage & packaging will have to be paid by you and unfortunately I cannot refund it but any subsequent orders will be sent to you free of charge as usual.
If in the unlikely event that you receive your bag damaged in any way I will of course offer a full refund. Again I request that you notify me of this within 14 days of receipt of the bag and that you return it packaged securely. The refund will be made back to you via the same card / PayPal account that you used to pay with and will be actioned on my receipt of the bag. Basically, the sooner you let me know of a problem the quicker I can resolve the issue for you.
